I recently found out some skin care treatments that put all the hype of the next best 'it' creams to shame. Its not the most expensive creams that are gonna make you look glowing. I've come to find with my own investigation, it's THE SIMPLE THINGS that count.
Big contributors are inside out, having a healthy metabolism and a good lymphatic system. This can be achieved by eating healthy meals and massaging your skin.
However a great deal of maintenance of good skin is just very simple, consistent skin care.
It is important that you wash your face or use a wipe before bed. Then do a light scrub with something called Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, I recommend this one, because I haven't found a better scrub than this to remove the dead cells on your skin. Finally lay on some good moisturiser and Bob's you uncle.
If you feel your skin needs a little boost make a yogurt and cucumber mask and apply it every two to three days. All you need is to grate three centimetres of cucumber into fresh yogurt and leave the mixture on your face for twenty minutes.
If you can, find a good beautician to give you a monthly facial.... that is definitely the cherry on the cake.
