Nails are back. You can wear them as large and as pointy as you like. You can wear them neon, matt black and filled with designs. They are officially back on the map, you just have to watch any Lana Del Rey to see that they have returned with a vengeance. For UK based peeps try WAH NAILS in Topshop or Dalston. For the US peeps, I guess you can go just about anywhere!
